Why doesn’t the system send all emails at once?

When an email campaign is sent from ProFundCom the emails are held in a queue for 60 seconds so that the users can abort a campaign send-out if so required. Once the queue has been released emails are sent out in batches so as to not swamp the internet and appear as spam email.

The contents of the queue are visible by clicking on the links below which are available on the ProFundCom console.

The various email queues are listed below

These are the emails that have failed to be sent. ProFundCom will continue to send emails until they are deleted from this queue and the Queued email queue. If an email fails to be sent it is not removed from the Queued email queue so as to allow the email to be resent at a later point.
