The Comma Separated Value file that is uploaded to the ProFundCom server via the upload wizard is required to have a particular format.
There are two types of column data
1. Contact Information - which includes columns for Name, Addresses, Company and Email. The fields for the Contact information requires to be mapped to the ProFundCom data which is done via the mapping tool in the settings section. The only mandatory columns are email and status.
2. Fund Information - which are columns that have the fund names. For a contact to received information on a fund the contact will need to have that column set to Yes. If a contact has a particular status like prospect or investor that is unique to the fund and is different to the overall contact's main status, this can be indicated by adding |@|: after the Yes with the required status.
