Salutation

The salutation inserts the automatically generated salutation in the first line of the campaign email. The template salutation is the word used to address the recipients like Dear, Good Morning etc. If the salutation is not activated then no salutation at all will be sent in any of the campaign emails. In the case where the name of a recipient is not found the salutation is replaced by a blank line.
