The ProFundCom salesforce.com™™ component provides access to the documents and links a contact has been sent and opened from within the salesforce.com™ contact look up.
With the ProFundCom salesforce.com™ component installed the contact lookup appears below with the documents sent and read within the contact's activity history or in Notes and Attachments.
Clicking on the documents sent or read will give the user additional details.

From within the window the Salesforce .com user can automatically access the ProFundCom console by selecting the ProFundCom tab at the top of salesforce.com™.
