To review a template provides a way to get an idea of how the template would look in an email. The email can be viewed as HTML or as Text. ProFundCom has a special feature that will automatically render Text emails from the HTML templates. ProFundCom delivers emails depending on whether your contacts can receive text or html emails thus improving the readability on Blackberry devices and other Smart phones. It will also improve readability on companies that do not allow html emails through their firewalls.
There are two ways to do this
Using the Review link (Text and HTML)
1. Click on the Review link (Text or HTML) for the template that is required to be reviewed. The template in the selected format will appear in a new window. As the links have not been completed they will not work. To make the links work the template needs to be sent in test mode via the Mailing Wizard.
Using the Preview Tab (HTML only)
1. Click on the Edit link for the template that is required to be reviewed. When the templates are loaded, click on the Preview tab at the bottom of the editor. As the links have not been completed they will not work. To make the links work the template needs to be sent in test mode via the Mailing Wizard.
