Getting Started
Once you have received your login details follow the steps below. If you have not received your login details contact the ProFundCom team.
The steps for sending emails from the ProFundCom system are
1. Uploading documents
Login and select Library from the menu. Select the Browse button and select which document you want to load and add the required details. Once happy with the document details select Upload and the document will be uploaded.
2. Creating a Campaign
Login and at the next screen select Campaign from the menu. Enter a Campaign name of your choice and a description. Then hit “Submit New Campaign”.
3. Template
Login and select the Template menu item. Edit a template within the list.
4. Sending emails
On the top of the ProFundCom application – select the blue icon called Access ProFundCom wizard. Follow the steps in the wizard. Once the emails are sent out in TEST mode, turn the system to LIVE mode and the emails will be sent to the recipients.
