When an email is sent with documents in ProFundCom, the document is tagged to a campaign. In the ProFundCom Library section it is possible to view which contact has opened which document and what campaign that document formed part of. It is also possible to see all the recipients of a document irrespective of campaign.
To report on a document's campaign and contact history in the ProFundCom system follow the steps below
1. Enter the Library section of the ProFundCom System by selecting the Library button from the top menu
2. From the document list at the bottom of the page click on Campaign Sent or Campaign Read to the right of the name of the document that needs to be reported on. This is particularly useful for compliance issues and knowing which documents have been sent to which contacts.

4. With this list the following facilities are available
Search - the whole list can be searched for names and email addresses. This is very useful if one wants to check all respondants from a particular domain.
Print - the selected view can be printed by clicking on the printer icon. To print the whole list select "All" and then the printer icon
Excel - to download the whole list into Excel simply click on the Excel icon. During the download process the user maybe asked to Open or Save. Select Open to view the spreadsheet in the browser or Save to store the spreadsheet to the user's local computer.
Mailing List - to create a mailing list enter a name in the box and select "New". This list can now be used for future mailings.
