The Preview function allow the emails to be sent to a particular user or a group of users to preview. When the emails are being previewed they can be edited for adding specific messages for specific emails.
The ProFundCom users that can preview a set of emails are either the users who appear in the email's reply-to (option Reply-To Email Address) or from (option From Email Address) fields. To send to a specific user, they can be selected from the same list as shown below
The ProFundCom contact that has been selected from the list will be notified by email that a campaign of emails is awaiting to be previewed and the list appears in their console view.
