ProFundCom history details can be accessed from within the contact view of PerTrac. This enables the users of PerTrac to view who has been sent which documents and which ones they have opened.
Go to the contact details within PerTrac and you will see the ProFundCom tab.
When the ProFundCom tab is selected the following screen will appear with the choices to View History or to View the ProFundCom Console.
Selecting the ProFundCom console will display all the document and links read by this contact.
Selecting the view ProFundCom Console will give you full access to the campaign reports within ProFundCom.
