The period fund respondents report lists the contacts who have recently accessed a document for a preselected time period for a particular fund

 

Example scenarios

 

Identify interested parties, particularly relevant for early stage cross-selling
Qualification, i.e. if someone is a hot prospect for a particular fund and they haven't looked at anything associated with that fund for 3 months, they are probably not a hot prospect.
How can I produce a report that shows our CEO when different categories of contacts last showed an interest in a fund?  He wants to be sure that the people we think are hot prospects are actually reading out datasheets.  And are there people we should be speaking with more actively?
