The pending preview email queue are the emails that are awaiting approval or editing by the user that has logged into the ProFundCom Console. If the queue has emails in it is appears with the following graphic

. Selecting the icon displays a list of all the emails that require approval or editing.
 

Selecting the icon deletes the emails in the list.

Clicking on View will display the email with the options listed below.

When selecting Send all emails, only the emails from the list will be sent. Users can navigate between emails in a list by using the navigation buttons

If the emails have been sent for preview in TEST mode, the the following notice will appear which indicates that the emails will only be sent to the preview requester's TEST email account.

In LIVE mode the message below appears and emails will be sent to individual recipients.
