The ProFundCom Microsoft CRM™ component provides access to the documents and links a contact has been sent and opened from within the Microsoft CRM™ contact look up.
With the ProFundCom Microsoft CRM™ component installed the contact lookup appears below with the ProFundCom menu item.
Clicking on the ProFundCom Contact Activity menu item accesses the contacts details within the ProFundCom system and the details are displayed within the Microsoft CRM™ window.
