The meeting request notification, when selected, provides the sender of an email campaign, an email notification that a contact has requested a meeting and specified a particular time, date and venue.

 

1. The number in square brackets indicates the number of  meeting requests on the system.

 

 

2. Clicking the lightbulb or the On/Off link toggles the meeting request notification as below.

 

 

3. Click on the lightbulb

 

 

4. Notification turned off
