To mark the blocks within the pdf file so that ProFundCom PDF Mail Merge can automatically populate them follow the steps below.
1. Load into Adobe the document that requires to have fields merged.
2. Select from the Adobe Menu PDBlib Blocks -> PDF Block Tool
3. In the document mark the areas and fill in the name with the corresponding mapped field that exists within ProFundCom.
4. For the First Name enter the ProFundCom mapped field.
5. Repeat for the others and save the document
