The ProFundCom User Groups provide a grouped access mechanism for various functions within ProFundCom application. Members of the same group can access identical functionality within the ProFundCom application and by the same token have various elements of functionality revoked. This is particularly useful when various groups in an organisation have dedicated functions or that there is a specific workflow between different teams.
To add a new user group, fill in a name in the Add new group name box and click on the Create Group button.
Once a new group is created the permissions for the group are set by selecting the icon
From the screen select the pages and functions that are to be accessed by this particular user group.
Once the functions are selected, click on the Update User Group button to save the changes relating to that particular user group.
To delete a user group click on the red cross and the group will be deleted.
In this case Legal is removed.
