Manage Document Class

The document classes that relate directly to funds are created using the Upload Wizard or Contact Lookup. These document classes can be hidden in the subscribe process by selecting them and moving them into the Hide column. This is done by selecting the the document class from the Display column and clicking on the button to move them into the Hide column.

 

1. Select the document class or fund to be hidden

 

2. Click on the button.

 

 

3. Click on the Update Display button. When a contact tries to unsubscribe only the two funds selected will be displayed as below

 

 

To display document classes that are hidden simply reverse the process above
