Mailing lists in ProFundCom can be created based on the results of a search or the results of a campaign. These mailing lists can be used to target specific contacts based on location, company or activity.
This function provides the ability to use email lists that may be from another system or from a spreadsheet.
With a mailing list the following functions are available
Rename

Allow a user to rename a mailing list

Delete
|
Allows a mailing list to be deleted
|
Add
|
Allows new emails to be added to a mailing list
|
Edit
|
Provides the ability to edit and delete emails from mailing lists
|
Clean
|
Removed duplicates and badly formed email addresses
|
Retire
|
Allows users to retire mailing lists but they can be activated at a later date
|
Merge
|
Creates a mailing list that is produced by taking the common contacts in selected mailing lists also know as the intersection.
|
Combine
|
Creates a mailing list that is produced by taking the all the contacts in all the selected list and combining them into a single list.
