The console view of the latest campaigns provides a summary of the key performance indicators for the last 5 campaigns. The default view is by documents sent whilst the contact view is reported by contacts that received documents.
The definitions of the headings are listed below

This is the total number of documents opened by a contact |

This is the number of unique documents that have been opened by a contact |
Docs Sent |
This is the total number of documents sent as part of the campaign |
Links Total |
This is the total number of links opened by a contact |
Links Unique |
This is the number of unique links that have been opened by a contact |
Links Sent |
This is the total number of links sent as part of the campaign |
PFC Ratio |
The ratio of total documents and links read to total sent |
