Introduction

ProFundCom is an email marketing tool specifically designed to meet the marketing requirements of fund and asset managers. ProFundCom provides marketers and salespeople with email delivery, tracking and reporting capabilities along with being tightly integrated with internal or third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

ProFundCom tracks documents being opened within emails by providing an http link within the email that references the document on the ProFundCom server. The constituents and parameters of this http link provide the email recipient with the document and the ProFundCom application with details of when and who viewed a document. This information is fed back to the ProFundCom Reporting system and third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
