Excluded

To access the Excluded list follow the steps below. Email addresses and domains that are specified here are excluded from all sends from the ProFundCom web client.

 

1. Enter the Contacts section of the ProFundCom System by mousing over the Contacts button from the top menu and selecting Excluded.

 

 

2. Selecting Excluded displays the following screen for the Email Send Exclusion List.

 

 

3. To add a single email to this list add the email to the smaller box and click Add to Exclusion

 

 

4. To add a single domain to this list add the domain name to the smaller box and click Add to Exclusion

 

5. To add a group of emails and domains add the emails and domains to the larger box and click Add to Exclusion

 

 

 


The access to the Report Exclusion list is from this section and email addresses and domains that are specified here are excluded from all reports generated by the ProFundCom system.

 

1. Enter the Contacts section of the ProFundCom System by mousing over the Contacts button from the top menu and selecting Excluded.

 

 

2. Selecting Excluded displays the following screen for the Report Exclusion List in the second half of the page.

 

 

3. To add a single email to this list add the email to the smaller box and click Add to Exclusion Report.

 

4. To add a single domain to this list add the domain name to the smaller box and click Add to Exclusion Report.

5. To add a group of emails and domains add the emails and domains to the larger box and click Add to Exclusion Report.
