Template Name:

This is the name of the template that is used for referencing the template within the ProFundCom system.

Template Subject:

This is subject that the email will be sent out with if this template is used in an email campaign.

Template From Name:
|
This is the name that appears in the From section of the email when received by a contact.
|
Template Reply-to email:
|
This is the email address that receives the email if the recipient replies to the campaign email. If this is left blank the reply email is sent to the original Template from Email.

Template Font:
|
The font of the whole template can be set here. The template will default to Times New Roman as it is the Internet standard. Normally, the individual fonts in a template are set from within the template.

Approved:
|
The approved flag is used to allow the users of the Microsoft Outlook™ plug-in to be enabled to select templates from within Microsoft Outlook™.

Template Priority:
|
The priority is by default set to send campaign emails as Normal. The template can be set to high priority which will reflect in the emails but is not considered good email etiquette to do so.

Template From email:
|
This is the email that appears in the From email section of the email when received by a contact. If the Template Reply-To email is not set, this is the email that is used when a recipient replies to a campaign email.

Template Bcc email:
|
This is the email that the template will be Bcc'ed to when used as part of an emailing campaign. The template level Bcc does not overwrite the system wide Bcc.

Template Salutation:
|
The template salutation is the word used to address the recipients like Dear, Good Morning etc. If the salutation is not activated then no salutation at all will be sent in any of the campaign emails. In the case where the name of a recipient is not found the salutation is replaced by the contents of the Template Salutation when empty.

Template Font Size:

The font size of the whole template can be set here. Normally, this is set from within the template for different sections of text and content.
