To edit a document with ProFundCom system, it is not the contents of the document that are changed but the information relating to document like description, type of publication and date of issue. The only item that cannot be changed is the Fund that a document relates to. So if a document relates to 2 or more funds it will required to be uploaded multiple times.
 
To edit a document's entry in the ProFundCom system follow the steps below

1. Enter the Library section of the ProFundCom System by selecting the Library button from the top menu
 
2. From the document list at the botton of the page click on "Edit" to the right of the name of the document that needs to be changed.
 

3. A form similar to the one below will appear
 

4. Change any of the fields and click on "Update" to make the required changes. Once the changes have been approved select "Cancel" to return to the ProFundCom Library or where it says "Click here to go back to library".
