The recent activity for documents report provides a list of contacts who are the most active in opening documents. A user can be notified by email about document and link access by selecting email notification from the console.

 

The default period for viewing recent activity is the last 10 contacts that have accessed documents, however the range can be changed to the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days.

 

 

Selecting View all activity will list all the contacts that have accessed documents in order of activity. This list will not appear on the console but on a separate screen.
