The real-time activity for documents report provides a list of contacts who have most recently accessed documents. A user can be notified by email about document and link access by selecting email notification from the console.

 

The default period for viewing real-time activity is the last 10 contacts that have accessed documents, however the range can be changed to the last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days.

 

 

Selecting View all activity will list all the contacts that have accessed documents. This list will not appear on the console but on a separate screen.
