This ProFundCom Library is the part of the application where documents are uploaded into the document management system of ProFundCom.
The documents in the Library are inserted into the required positions when creating an email template and are referenced by the web links in the emails that are sent out by the ProFundCom system.
The maximum size of document that can be uploaded is 4Mb and any format. The most popular formats are listed below.
Since the documents are downloaded to a contact's computer the recommended format is Adobe PDF and a maximum size of 2 Mb.
NB: Care needs to be taken not to delete them unless one is sure that the documents will no longer be referenced by the system's contacts. In the case where a document is deleted and requires to be restored please raise a trouble ticket.
