Delete Documents

When a document is deleted in the ProFundCom system, it is completely removed from the system. Since the ProFundCom system is backed up every 24 hours the chances are that an document older than a day can be retrieved. If this is required then please raise a trouble ticket.
 
To delete a document entry in the ProFundCom system follow the steps below

1. Enter the Library section of the ProFundCom System by selecting the Library button from the top menu
 
2. From the document list at the bottom of the page click on "Delete" to the right of the name of the document that needs to be deleted.

3. The document and all references to it will be removed from the system with the following confirmation message.

4. On selecting Delete File the following message will appear confirming that the deletion has successfully occurred.
