ProFundCom has a number of default views that allow individual users to select the view of the system that they are presented with when they login to the ProFundCom system. These views are listed below.
Console view |
This is the standard view of the system. The console view is the default view of the system for all users. |
CRM View |
The CRM view, if selected as the default will show the contact lookup screen when the ProFundCom user logs into the system. This is ideal if you are using ProFundCom as part of a contact management process. |
Campaign View |
The Campaign view, if selected as the default will show the campaign management screen when the ProFundCom user logs into the system. This is ideal for marketing teams to get an immediate view of the performance of all campaigns. |
Help |
This sets the help text on for the individual user. This is set on by default and can be changed by the user. |
These views can be selected by scrolling to the bottom of the console page and selecting the required view.
