Content Manager

Top  Previous  Next

The ProFundCom Content Manager provides a scripting environment to automatically generate content within the email templates.

To start the process of using the content manager, ensure that a template is being edited with the document factory enabled.

Create a table by clicking on the Create Content Block.

This will generate a selection screen to select the table size into which the automatic content is to be displayed. The automatic content can only be displayed in tables.

Edit the tables such that the first column has the name of the fund, and optionally applicable qualification levels, in the first column.  If the fund interest and qualification of the contact matches that specified in the table, the row is displayed, otherwise that row is not displayed. The qualification criteria can be entered manually or by the drop downs Insert Fund Name to display and Insert Status to display.
