To view the email history for a contact in the contact view follow the steps below
1. Select the contact whose email history is to be viewed from the contact list by clicking on the contact and highlighting it.
2. In this case there is a an email history note on the system that summarises the email that was sent to that contact.
3. To view the actual email that was sent to that client click on the icon
