The concept of ProFundCom campaigns is that it is a method of grouping different email blasts, however small or large, into a single entity from which the effectiveness of that campaign can be managed. Campaigns give a true insight into the respondents and effectiveness of campaigns. The campaigns can also be split into campaigns for each fund for a particular month. The results obtained from the campaign statistics are used as indicators on how particular groups within one's contacts can be better targeted with marketing and product messages. There are two types of campaigns - Live and Retired. The Live campaigns are available as part of the console campaign reporting, weekly and daily email reports whilst the Retired campaigns are not. |
