Campaign and Contact Activity

The campaign and contact activity report provides details of contact activity reports over selected campaigns.

 

To access this report click on the Report menu item.

 

To report on campaigns only follow the steps below
 
1. Select the date range
 

 
2. Select the campaign to report on and click the Run Campaign Report. Selecting Group Campaign will take all the data from multiple campaign and create a single line report.
 


 

To report on campaigns and users follow the steps below
 
1. Select the date range
 

 

2. Select the campaigns
 

 

3. Select the Contact Type, the grouping and then click on the Run Contact Report button.

 


 

The grouping is described below

 

Ungroup Contacts - results are listed as parts of selected campaigns.
Group Contacts - results can be grouped together as a single line item in the report.
Intersect Contacts - results are displayed which are common across all the campaigns selected.
