To access the Bounced list follow the steps below.

There are 2 ways that ProFundCom can be used to managed bounced emails.

- Set the return email address to leave the emails on your mail server for 7 days. ProFundCom will read this mailbox once a day and extract the bounced emails into the bounced list. This is used if your mail server is POP3 based.

- Use the product eMail Bounce Handler (http://www.maxprog.com/downloads.html), which once the return email address is set to leave the emails on the mail server for 7 days is able to create bounced lists. These can be imported directly into the ProFundCom bounced list. This is used if the mail server does not provide POP3 support

 

1. Enter the Contacts section of the ProFundCom System by mousing over the Contacts button from the top menu and selecting Bounced.

 

2. The list of all contacts who have bounced are displayed.

 

 

3. Bounced email lists from programs like eMail Bounce Handler (http://www.maxprog.com/downloads.html ) can be manually entered by filling the appropriate box with the email list and clicking on the  Add to Bounced button.

 

 

4. The emails are filtered on the type of bounces. The types of bounced are listed below.
