To check if your contact lists have badly formed or missing email addresses you can use the View and clean badly formed emails function in the Contacts section.
To access the Contacts section select Contacts from the main menu
To then access the View and clean badly formed emails function select the 
icon from the toolbar below.
This will then display all the contacts with badly formed emails or missing emails to be displayed.
The contacts can now be edited or deleted within ProFundCom or using the Outlook or Excel export functions the contacts can to be exported into another system for further processing.
